Die casting refers to a manufacturing method using a die and the method enables manufacture of products with high-precision dimensions in a short time by pressing melted metal into precise die.
The word "die casting" can refer to not only the casting method but also products manufactured with the method.

Die casting consists of three elements: Alloy as raw material, dies for casting, and die casting machine for filling the raw material.
Precise casting die made of metal is used as mold, which are composed of fixed mold and movable mold generally and is installed on die casting machine.
