Knowing the importance of protecting personal information, we practice the followings.
Date of enactment: January 1st, 2005
- We shall not collect or use information of people without their consent. Even in case of obtaining their consent, we shall use the information within range of their consent, and if they consented to give us information, we shall not consign the personal information to a third party except under the scope of laws and ordinances.
- We shall control personal information safely and correctly and prevent problems including loss, damage, falsification and leak of personal information by strict obedience to rules for managing ID/password, storing/managing/deleting personal information and setting up firewall
- We observe laws and other standards regarding personal information.
When performing tasks handling personal information, we observe the provisions of "Act concerning Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations" and "Requirements for Compliance Program on Personal Information Protection (JIS Q 15001)". - We shall conduct periodical audits if personal information is protected as in (1), (2) and (3) above and improve or take corrective operation.
